This study aims to analyze the effect of green human resources management on job satisfaction through work engagement and meaningful work. research method is quantitative. The sample 340 respondents was selected using a purposive sampling method. Research data obtained from distributing online questionnaires social media. used for this company engaged in manufacturing industry. analysis test hypothesis descriptive Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. results show that application has positive significant satisfaction. In addition, proven be able mediate between resource also influence engagement. provide information optimal implementation will increase industry employees encourage employee involvement so jobs related environment can source inspiration enthusiasm at
